1.
falling right past the future waiting for yesterday to come up again looking in to the mirror of all that i can see is it all just me? when everything that you are is all ready to fall apart unfold to the dark and everything that this is doesn't even exist past or future, it all looks the same to me when it's gone beneath i see my life creep in to the light falling right past the meaning of being anything out of nothing falling right past the ceiling of my own held beliefs as it all fell beneath when everything that you know is all caught in the undertow of come and then go and then everything that you are is all spread to the stars past all future, it all looks the same to me when it's gone finally i see my life creep in to the light
2.
home again where i should be with time to spend to all eternity seasons end, and so i see i'm home again where i should leave falling in and falling away the autumn wind has caught us again i know i'm bound, but can't say where i know by now, it's all up in the air feel my someday, has already come i feel what's comin, is already gone but i keep on falling, thru the rest of my fate to come i feel my someday, has already come
3.
fall again i'm falling in from nowhere grasping the thin air grasping that old stoned refrain that folds again to always facing down the days facing down the past, it came and went again to the light leaving only night leaving only.. gone, with that moment in between the daylight and the dream that bends all meaning gone with that moment in its ways of escaping thru the days no one can say where they will end they've all gone to the view those thoughts you thought were you leaving only who? they've wandered to the view those thoughts you thought were you leaving only who? they've all gone to the moon those thoughts you thought were you leaving only who? leaving only.. gone, with that moment in between the daylight and the dream that ends all meaning gone, with that moment in its ways of escaping thru the days no one can say where they will end
4.
pulled in to entropy for the moment at least for the rest of always gone with my final fate unravelled in to the stars and the moon it seems things aren't what they've been made out to be for me or for anybody those things i thought i knew weren't even half as true outside my own point of view those things i thought i knew were scattered to the moon the moment that i came to fall in to endlessness throughout and between the seen and unseen in line with the coming day as it all leads away then right back again in all the time there's ever been you'd think the wonders would end but they only begin again the time is wearing thin to know not where we've been and the walls keep on closing in and all those thoughts i thought were me all scatter to the sea and pass to eternity
5.
i'm letting you win step in step ahead in the line i'll tell you it's fine i'll slide i had my time beside the sun i'll slide i had my time beside the sun away in my head breaking breaking things at night soft as your hands you can get it done with guilt or not at all although it was such fun you're still not around you're still not around away in my head wait all day just waiting on yesterday to come up around again

about

Jeremy and Elias meet up in Toronto for one week in an effort to make a backyard album. Rather than prepare songs to record ahead of time, they simply make it up on the fly. This is the result.

(true story btw, this was in fact recorded in a backyard)
